What you’ll be doing

  • As Account Director, you’ll take full ownership of client relationships, managing multi-channel CRM programmes from strategy through to delivery.
  • You’ll act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring work meets their objectives, budgets and timelines.
  • You’ll oversee a small, talented team of Account Managers and Executives, providing guidance, mentoring and clear direction to help them grow.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with planning, creative and data teams to deliver work that’s insight-led, creatively sharp and commercially sound.
  • Day to day, you’ll be presenting campaign ideas, scoping projects, managing budgets and spotting opportunities to deepen client relationships.
  • You’ll keep a close eye on performance metrics and ensure projects are profitable and effective.
