A well-established eCommerce agency is looking to add a talented and driven Senior Full Stack Developer to their team and take point on key clients projects.
Our client is a Shopify Plus eCommerce agency specialising in designing high-quality websites for ambitious Luxury Brands. Over the last 10 years, they have gone from strength to strength and have put in the hard work and foundations that have led to years of continuous growth. They are honest, no mess, but incredibly supportive. They treat adults like adults and will give back what you put in.
Youll be joining them as their team expands and exciting new projects come available as well as their regulars are also building out their brands. You will be working in a fast-paced environment creating simple, fast, and efficient solutions. As a competitor in the digital space, youll be working with the newest tech, be supported to investigate and research for projects, and develop ideas on how to provide innovative solutions.
You wont be alone; youll be joining a team of Frontend Engineers, QAs, and Project Managers. Youll be given regular meetings to discuss your progression, investigate different routes for your career and be given ownership of, not just your solutions, but your own progression also.
We are looking for a High-end Mid or Senior Developer working specifically Full Stack but with a focus on the Backend of high-end Shopify platforms. Ideally someone who has prior experience inside a Shopify Agency, Headless solutions, and looking to take on the next level of responsibility.
What experience you'll need:
- Strong experience with Shopify and Web Development including Shopify template experience, theme development, debugging, and customisation.
- Strong experience building Shopify Apps using Node along with Express, Next, & React.
- Strong experience with Shopify APIs and Third-Party APIs (GraphQL and/or REST).
- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Liquid is a must.
- Experience with SQL Databases (Postgres, MongoDB) and Web Servers (nginx, Apache, etc).
- Experience with Git/Version Control.
- Ideally experience with other Backend Languages such as PHP is ideal.
- Comfortable being client facing for client calls, sprint reviews, kick-offs, etc.
- Strong experience in an Agile environment i.e. Sprints, Clean coding, etc.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A problem solver that enjoys resolving complex issues.
