We\’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to join a rapidly expanding eCommerce brand based in Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paid Mediaprofessionallooking to take full ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social strategies within a data-driven, entrepreneurial organisation. This role would suit someone who has already gained solid experience managing significant ad spend across Meta and Google platforms, within an Ecommerce/DTC environment.
What you\’ll be doing
The successful candidate will take day-to-day ownership of all paid media channels, reporting directly into the marketing leadership team. You\’ll be responsible for deploying substantial ad budgets across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and introducing platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
You\’ll lead the development of comprehensive media strategies, working closely with the Head of Digital. As Paid Media Manager, you\’ll drive technical campaign optimisation, working hands-on within the platforms to build, configure, and troubleshoot campaigns. A key part of the role involves analysing performance data to identify scaling opportunities and inform strategic decisions. You\’ll also focus on proving incremental margin contribution beyond standard platform metrics.
