This is an exciting opportunity for adigitally savvy Midweight Designer to join an agency that partners with global technology brands. Working as part of a talented creative studio, youll bring briefs to life across digital and print in this varied role.
What youll be doing
As a Midweight Designer youll be joining an established creative studio and collaborating with a team of multidisciplinary designers, motion experts and developers on projects. Youll be surrounded by great leadership too with a Head of Creative and Senior Design Manager mentoring and guiding the team.
Day to day youll recommend creative routes across digital and print (though likely more of the former), balancing considerations in user experience, marketing goals and brand consistency. Theres a strong collaborative element here – youll work closely with account teams and clients, actively managing expectations while maintaining quality across all you create.
As a key member of the studio, youll keep ahead of design trends and emerging tech, help refine processes, and confidently present concepts to stakeholders. Youll take responsibility for your own work and support the team in delivering great results for clients.
What experience youll need to apply
- Proven experience in a creative or in-house studio environment.
- Highly skilled across Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and the latest design tools.
- Strong understanding of digital and print design requiremnets and best practice.
- Able to take projects from concept to delivery, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Collaborative, proactive, and confident working across multiple briefs.
- A great communicator, able to build relationships internally as with clients.
- Experience in video or motion desireable, as is the ability to think strategically on projects.
