Im delighted to be exclusively representing a fantastic client of ours – an established and growing financial services brand – in the recruitment of their brand-new Head of Product Marketing. For this opportunity, we are seeking candidates with prior experience at Head of or Director level within the financial services sector.
What youll be doing
Reporting into the CMO, the successful candidate will lead a team of three Product Marketing Managers. The core focus of the role is to drive the strategic development, execution, and optimisation of product marketing initiatives.
Youll be responsible for:
– Shaping go-to-market strategies for new products.
– Defining product positioning and messaging.
– Leading successful product launches.
The role also requires significant stakeholder engagement to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business goals. Youll oversee the creation of marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and reflect the brands values.
In addition, youll regularly report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
