Im delighted to be exclusively representing a great Client of ours, a rapidly growing, specialist, digital e-learning platform with recruitment of their brand new Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist. This role will be a good match for someone who already worked as a CRO Specialist or In-App Marketing Specialist.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Director of Operations, along with the agency they use for digital marketing and selected freelancers. My Client is in the fortunate position of already having a satisfactory user base (approx. 65,000 users per month) and a steady stream of new users coming in. The main purpose of this role is to convert the existing users from free version to a premium version. The potential is huge as currently only a small number of users choose to upgrade. This will be achieved by a range of testing approaches within the platform itself, email and WhatsApp marketing. This role will be very analytical and the postholder will continually test and innovate to optimise campaigns for the highest rate of conversion and best ROI. They will also analyse user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys. Another part of the role will be to coordinate required support for two additional products; the first one will initially be released in China to education providers and the second one is used by English language schools to provide digital support to students and teachers.
What experience you'll need to apply:
- Previous experience working in a conversion optimisation role or in-app marketing role.
- You are a self-motivated team player with a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment.

- Growth mindset, with the desire to test and learn and iterate quickly leveraging strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web & app metrics.

A salary of £45-55k + performance related bonus. This role will be fully remote.
