This is a role for a designer keen to use their creative skills to help a purpose‐led brand connect meaningfully with real people.

The successful Designer will sit within a fast‐moving marketing team that blends creativity with insight. In addition, through building templates, systems and creative libraries, you will allow the team to move faster while staying consistent. This designer will be comfortable travelling to interview customers, attend events, and speak to people to create content. You'll experiment with new tools and platforms to keep output fresh and effective and future‐focused, while tracking performance and learning what really works.

  • Experienced using tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for editing and animation.
  • A natural storyteller, using emotional hooks to drive performance.
