What you'll be doing:
- You'll act as the technical anchor on complex, highâvalue projects â the person the team turns to when they need to understand how something can be built and the best way to do it.
- Lead the full technical delivery of ambitious installations from early concept to onsite execution.
- Manage substantial production budgets, setting accurate forecasts and driving strong commercial outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and fabricator relationships, drawing on your trusted network.
- Review and challenge technical drawings and specifications across scenic, AV, lighting, rigging and build elements.
- Provide calm, confident leadership during highâpressure moments, guiding teams through complexity.
- Collaborate closely with creatives and project managers, ensuring feasibility aligns with vision from day one.
What experience you'll need to apply:
- Extensive experience across installations, experiential environments, or largeâscale production builds.
- A proven track record managing major budgets with confidence.
- Strong technical literacy in tools like AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp or similar.
- Broad, handsâon understanding of scenic, AV, lighting, rigging and temporary infrastructure.
- A reliable network of fabricators, suppliers and specialists.
- Clear, authoritative communication skills with clients, contractors and internal teams.
- A natural ability to mentor, guide and develop junior team members.
- Curiosity for new materials, innovative methods and emerging technologies.
- Experience working with luxury brands or premium, highâspec environments.
