As the Senior Event Project Manager, you'll lead brandâdriven projects from first enquiry through to delivery. Working on behalf of a wellâestablished events agency, you'll build relationships with brands that choose to partner with the business, create engaging proposals, and guide each project through its lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with strong brandâside experience gained within an agency setting, who enjoys developing creative experiences and supporting clients through clear, thoughtful project management.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the goâto partner for brands looking to create memorable experiential moments from product launches to immersive activations.
- Take incoming briefs, understand the brand's story, and develop concepts that reflect their identity and objectives.
- Shape and write proposals, meet with brand teams to refine ideas, and collaborate with internal creatives to bring concepts to life.
- Manage timelines, share clear project information with colleagues, and keep communication open and structured throughout each stage.
- Attend events to support client development, maintain quality standards, and strengthen longâterm brand relationships.
