Own reporting and insight using GA, BigQuery and Looker in a growing data-led business. Salary up to £60,000 with strong ownership and autonomy. Hands-on role focused on insight, analysis and dashboarding. Hybrid working with 1–2 days a week in a central London office.

We're looking for someone to take ownership of reporting and insight within a small, growing business. This is a hands-on role focused on analysis, reporting and visualisation. You'll work closely with stakeholders, building dashboards and helping teams make better decisions. You'll operate as the go-to for data, working alongside a technical engineer and fractional CTO, but owning reporting and analytics day to day.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, working primarily with data in BigQuery and GA.
  • Write SQL to extract, query and transform data, turning it into clear insights.
  • Analyse data, spot trends and answer key business questions.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business, translating requirements into useful outputs.
  • Help shape how reporting is structured as the business continues to grow.

This role would suit someone who enjoys owning their space and working autonomously. You'll need to be proactive, self-sufficient and keen to manage your own workload.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Several years of experience working as a Data Analyst or similar.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience analysing and transforming data.
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery and GA data.
  • Strong experience building dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Experience within a GCP environment.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and translating requirements.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload.
  • Exposure to Azure or Databricks is beneficial but not essential.

What you'll get in return for your experience

Salary is up to £60,000 depending on experience, alongside a standard benefits package including pension and share scheme. The role is based near Waterloo, with an expectation of 1-2 days a week in the office.
