CALLING ALL Mid -Senior Event Manager/PMs looking for their next permanent role in London. This is a hands-on role where you'll take full ownership of events from concept to completion. You'll bring together creative vision, strong client management, and seamless delivery. The events are fewer in number, but highly complex, detailed, and personalised, requiring a sharp eye and a calm, organised approach.

What you'll be doing:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end event delivery, from initial brief through to post-event wrap-up
  • Plan and deliver multi-day, tailored events including weddings and private celebrations
  • Build strong relationships as the main point of contact for clients
  • Develop creative concepts and personalised proposals in response to briefs
  • Oversee on-site delivery, coordinating with production and operations teams
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and technical details accurately
