I'm delighted to be representing a fantastic client of ours – an established Bristol brand – with recruitment of a Brand Manager vacancy. This role will have an emphasis on campaign/project management, hence why it would be a good match for someone who has already gained some experience as a Marketing Campaign Manager or Marketing Project Manager, preferably for a global brand.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing, this role will sit within the wider marketing team. The purpose of the role is to implement brand plans, campaigns and projects and it will play a pivotal role in the strategic brand management and development. This role will cover everything from creating presentations and pitch materials, to managing promotional campaigns, style guides, and trade marketing activity. You’ll work closely with licensees, agents, and broadcast partners to ensure campaigns are on-brand and effective, while collaborating with internal teams across digital, social, PR, and content sales. With responsibility for monitoring brand performance, spotting trends, and delivering creative marketing projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the visibility and success of my Client's brand worldwide.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Previous experience working in a similar role preferably for a media/creative organisation or another international brand.
- Experience in brand planning and implementation of promotional campaigns.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of digital distribution and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to plan expenditure and track budgets.
- Creative thinking, problem solving and ability to handle various projects at one time.
- Good communicator, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
