You will support daily operations, coordinate schedules, and help ensure the studio functions smoothly. This role suits someone proactive who enjoys creating order, managing tasks and working closely with a collaborative team. You will work across studio coordination, diary oversight and general operations in a fast‐moving environment that values clarity, structure and dependable support.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate the Director's diary with care and accuracy, ensuring time is allocated effectively and the right information is always on hand.
  • Support the wider Operations team, assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining financial records, keeping documentation up to date and helping with accounting systems.
  • Manage the studio environment day to day, organising supplies, preparing meeting spaces, coordinating couriers and ensuring the workspace is tidy and well‐equipped.
  • Action general maintenance needs promptly and handle occasional errands or delivery‐related tasks.
  • Help streamline internal processes, suggesting practical improvements and supporting operational efficiency across the studio.

This role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to make a meaningful difference to the running of a busy creative space.

What experience you will need to apply:

  • Experience in administrative, office support or studio coordination roles.
  • Confident diary coordination skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience using accounting or bookkeeping software such as DEXT.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‐moving environment with shifting priorities.
