An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Manager / Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of established B2B technology clients within a fast-growing marketing agency. This role exists to create long-term client value, manage account performance, and guide demand generation strategy. You will own relationships, manage commercial outcomes, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact.

As a Senior Account Manager / Account Director, you will manage end-to-end account performance. You will act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders. You will own account planning, forecasting, and profitability. You will guide clients on B2B demand generation and go-to-market strategy, which includes shaping campaign direction, reviewing performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure work is well scoped, delivered on time, and aligned to client goals.

You will present clearly to clients, translating data into insight. You will ensure clients understand what is working, what is changing, and why. The focus is on quality delivery, sustainable growth, and long-term partnerships.

What experience you will need to apply:
