What you'll be doing As Data Science Lead, you'll lead a team of Data Scientists and Analysts while remaining hands-on with analytics, forecasting and machine learning projects.
You'll help shape priorities, coach your team and ensure high quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
You'll work closely with commercial teams, senior leaders and executives to understand business challenges and turn them into practical, data-driven solutions.
The role requires someone who is comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influencing decision making at all levels.
