This Marketing Manager role sits at the heart of the organisation's growth plans, working closely with sales, product and technical teams to create engaging campaigns, generate demand and strengthen customer relationships.

What you'll be doing
As Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives, customer needs and target sectors.
The role will create compelling content, manage campaign delivery across digital and offline channels, and continually optimise activity to improve performance and results.
A key focus will be driving demand generation through content marketing, email campaigns, exhibitions, events and targeted outreach.
Working closely with sales teams, the position will ensure marketing activity supports pipeline growth, strengthens customer engagement and contributes to wider commercial objectives.
The successful candidate will take ownership of key digital marketing channels, including website performance, SEO, paid media, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities will include building effective customer journeys, enhancing lead nurturing processes and using data and insight to measure and improve marketing performance.
In addition, the role will lead the planning and coordination of industry events and exhibitions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximise engagement, generate commercial opportunities and strengthen the organisation's presence across priority markets.

- Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience in marketing or a relevant discipline.
- Previous marketing experience within B2B environments.
