As Digital Insight Manager, you will take ownership of web analytics and deliver insights that improve user experience and conversion. You will work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams, helping them make smarter decisions through data. This is a handsâon role where you will create, manage, and optimise reporting that truly influences strategy.
What youâll be doing:
- Lead the web analytics strategy across a large digital estate.
- Manage tracking, reporting, and analysis to uncover trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Build dashboards, run deepâdive analysis, and collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity and meaningful insights.
- Support conversion rate optimisation initiatives, advise on A/B testing, and provide recommendations that enhance campaigns and UX.
- Get involved in website insight generation, presenting to stakeholders and ensuring data compliance.
What experience youâll need to apply:
- Experience working as a Digital Analytics/Digital Insight Manager (or similar).
- Strong experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar).
- Skilled in data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Solid understanding of tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO is a bonus.
