Lead creative for 360 campaigns across OOH, digital, print, film and photography. Hands-on leadership for a global team. Shape creative strategy within an impactful agency. A global marketing agency are seeking a Creative Director to lead ambitious, insightâdriven creative for a portfolio of purposeful clients. This role blends concept creation, campaign delivery, and senior client partnership in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership position well-suited to a creative with strong commercial acumen looking to join a fast-growing agency working on global projects.
As Creative Director, you will lead the development of bold, integrated campaign work with occasional brand and rebrand projects. You will have experience shaping multichannel campaigns spanning OOH, digital, print, film, and photography. Dayâtoâday, you will shape concepts, direct creative output and ensure consistency, clarity and storytelling.
You will be a commercially minded Creative Director, collaborating closely with client services and strategy to evangelise design and creative, and build partnerships with clients. You will be confident pitching concepts and ideas, facilitating workshops and helping clients refine their direction. This role will lead a global team of designers and copywriters, providing handsâon mentorship and fostering a collaborative, resilient culture.
What experience you will need to apply:
- Proven experience as a senior creative or Creative Director leading large-scale campaigns.
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to direct film and photography.
