This Account Manager role is an opportunity to manage and deliver engaging employee communication campaigns for a range of global organisations. You will work within a specialist communications and marketing team, helping clients bring complex messages to life. As an Account Manager, you will own projects from start to finish, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
What you will be doing
- You will manage the full lifecycle of internal communications projects.
- You will take briefs from clients, shape them into clear plans and oversee delivery through to completion.
- You will work closely with creative and strategy teams to produce content that communicates complex topics in a simple and engaging way. This could include reward communications, leadership messaging or global campaigns across multiple channels.
- You will manage timelines, budgets and reporting, ensuring projects run smoothly.
- You will build strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Alongside delivery, you will support pitches and proposals, contributing to the growth of client accounts.
