We are working with an independent brand experience agency looking to hire a Strategist into their growing team. This Strategist role is all about turning insight into action. You will create clear, compelling strategies that influence consumer behaviour across retail, brand, digital and experiential channels. You will work closely with creative and client teams, helping shape ideas from early thinking through to delivery. This is a great opportunity for a Strategist who enjoys variety, pace, and seeing their work come to life in the real world - plus you get to work with some top tier FMCG brands.
What youâll be doing
- As a Strategist, you will interrogate briefs and get to the heart of the business challenge.
- You will build insight-led strategies grounded in consumer behaviour, category understanding and cultural trends.
- You will define clear strategic direction that inspires creative teams and shapes campaign execution.
- You will work across shopper marketing and retailâled campaigns, understanding the pathâtoâpurchase and key decision moments.
- You will map customer journeys, define channel roles, and ensure ideas translate effectively across touchpoints.
- You will also support workshops, contribute to presentations, and help bring strategic thinking to life in a clear and engaging way.
What experience youâll need to apply
- Experience working in a strategy role within an agency environment.
