We're looking for a Senior Marketing & Insights Manager to build a full marketing measurement framework from the ground up. This role blends hands‐on technical data-driven work with strategic influence, giving you ownership of attribution, incrementality and MMM. If you love turning complex data into clear commercial decisions, this position is a brilliant opportunity to shape how marketing performance is understood.

What you'll be doing

  • Build the end‐to‐end measurement framework; attribution (last‐touch and multi‐touch), incrementality testing, MMM and forecasting.
  • Define KPIs, create measurement standards, ensure data integrity and build a reporting setup that brings all channels together in one trusted view.
  • Partner closely with marketing, data, finance and data science teams to align performance with commercial outcomes.
  • Build dashboards for day‐to‐day optimisation and executive insight, translate analysis into strategic recommendations, and challenge existing narratives with evidence.
  • Design the measurement capability from scratch and shape how performance is understood across brand, CRM, content, web/CRO and paid media.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Experience working in a senior level role, building, designing and growing measurement capabilities from scratch.
  • Background in data driven role focused on marketing activities.
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, growth analytics or marketing science.
  • Experience building attribution frameworks (LTA/MTA) and/or MMM.
  • Hands-on knowledge of incrementality testing and forecasting.
  • SQL skills (Python and/or R a bonus).
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing teams.
  • Able to turn models and analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Comfortable building new frameworks, not just maintaining existing ones.

What you'll get in return for your experience

A salary of £90,000, hybrid working with twice a week in the Bristol office, and the chance to build a measurement capability that becomes central to how the business invests, plans and grows. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have real ownership over attribution, MMM, incrementality and unified performance reporting. You'll also have an excellent bonus, benefits and more!
