We are looking for Technical Project Engineer to join a progressive organisation dedicated to transforming fuel sustainability. The company aims to make synthetic fuels more accessible than fossil fuels reducing the carbon impact of global fuelling. With rapid growth underway, they’re expanding their engineering and support teams. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in coordinating internal engineering teams across planning, manufacturing, and systems.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning solar planning, manufacturing, engineering, and systems.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including Solar EPCs and Gas Distribution Networks (GDNs).
  • Oversee solar construction, including array design and detailed construction planning.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractor and internal construction resources.
  • Collaborate with GDNs to assess location-specific capacity and CV requirements, delivering compliant connection procedures.
  • Develop site-specific designs addressing water and electrical works, security, access, and safety.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all associated site areas.

What experience you will need to apply:

  • Significant experience of technical project management in an industrial setting.
  • Bachelor’s or Masters (or PhD) in mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience of deconvoluting complex scenarios to translate them into actionable steps.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
