To lead the development of spatial and experiential concepts, bringing together narrative, design thinking, and guest experience into a clear, compelling vision. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own the creative journey from RFP to delivery, translating ideas into meaningful, real-world experiences. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every project is built on strong conceptual thinking and not just execution.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead spatial and experiential design concepts from brief through to completion
  • Create and evolve mood boards, visual directions, and design narratives
  • Translate brand stories into immersive, physical experiences
  • Drive ideation across pitches, shaping distinctive and compelling responses
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and delivery teams to bring ideas to life
  • Push ideas beyond the obvious to deliver standout creative work
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all stages of delivery
  • Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients

What experience you’ll need to apply...

  • Must-have:
  • Proven experience in a senior creative role within an agency, studio, or production environment
  • Strong portfolio of spatial, experiential, or environmental design work
  • Highly conceptual thinker with the ability to take ideas from brief to execution
  • Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and build feasibility
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • Track record of leading projects end-to-end, from RFP through to delivery
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Desirable:
  • Experience working across culture-led sectors such as fashion, art, or entertainment
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Passion for immersive design and experiential storytelling

What you’ll get in return for your experience...

  • Opportunity to lead high-profile, globally recognised projects
  • Significant creative ownership and influence over output
  • Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
  • Exposure to diverse projects across industries and formats
  • A chance to shape creative direction within a growing agency
  • Competitive holiday allowance
  • Bonuses
  • Private Medical + much more
