As the Senior Event Project Manager, you’ll lead brand‑driven projects from first enquiry through to delivery. Working on behalf of a well‑established events agency, you’ll build relationships with brands that choose to partner with the business, create engaging proposals, and guide each project through its lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing...
In this Senior Event Project Manager role, you’ll be the go‑to partner for brands looking to create memorable experiential moments from product launches to immersive activations. You’ll take incoming briefs, understand the brand’s story, and develop concepts that reflect their identity and objectives. You’ll shape and write proposals, meet with brand teams to refine ideas, and collaborate with internal creatives to bring concepts to life. You’ll manage timelines, share clear project information with colleagues, and keep communication open and structured throughout each stage. You’ll also attend events to support client development, maintain quality standards, and strengthen long‑term brand relationships. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to weekly planning and sales meetings, helping the team stay across upcoming projects and new opportunities within the brand space.
