CALLING ALL Senior 3D Creatives! Looking for your next opportunity to create standout experiential environments and brand activations? This is a chance to join a highly respected creative agency delivering award-winning experiences for some of the world's most recognised consumer brands. You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, combining strategic thinking, creative excellence and technical expertise. A key highlight of this role is the balance of work. Around 75% of your time will be dedicated to a globally recognised premium drinks brand , designing large-scale experiential activations, exhibitions and branded environments seen by audiences around the world. The remaining 25% will be spent working across a varied portfolio of clients and projects spanning technology, gaming, retail and sport , giving you exposure to a broad range of sectors and creative challenges. This role would suit an experienced 3D Creative who enjoys taking ownership, presenting ideas to clients and collaborating with production, account handling and multidisciplinary creative teams to bring ambitious concepts to life. You'll have the opportunity to influence creative direction, mentor junior team members and see your work delivered on a global stage. What You'll Be Doing... You'll be responsible for creating engaging brand experiences that connect with audiences through innovative spatial and experiential design. From initial concepts and sketches through to highly crafted visualisations, you'll play a leading role in shaping creative solutions that are both visually impactful and commercially deliverable. Key responsibilities include: Leading the creative development of experiential activations, exhibitions and branded environments. Creating concept sketches, 3D models and photorealistic renders that communicate ideas effectively. Producing technical drawings, floorplans and design packs for production teams and external suppliers. Collaborating closely with production, digital, motion and account teams to deliver integrated experiences. Presenting concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients. Identifying opportunities to elevate creative output and improve the overall brand experience. Supporting and mentoring junior creatives within the team. Attending live events when required to oversee creative delivery and maintain design quality. What Experience You'll Need... Proven experience within experiential, exhibition, events or spatial design. A strong portfolio showcasing 3D brand experiences and immersive environments . Excellent skills across (Open to softwares) Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp or similar 3D software . Experience creating high-quality visualisations and client presentations . Strong understanding of brand-led design and experiential storytelling . Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced agency environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity . Knowledge of fabrication methods, materials and production processes. Experience working with globally recognised consumer brands. What You'll Get In Return... Salary of £50,000-£65,000 depending on experience .
