Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Designer to join a top agency team in Bristol. You'll be a key part of the creative studio working alongside other designers, helping lead on projects and delivering campaigns for print and digital for some of the worlds best known brands.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Designer you’ll be responsible for developing design concepts that go beyond project goals, bringing ideas to life through sketches, wireframes, storyboards and prototypes. Collaborating with the wider studio, you will help lead the creative output of project teams, guiding designers while mentoring and supporting junior colleagues along the way.
The role will involve delivering impactful design across digital and print channels, from email and app to direct mail and web. You’ll also shape and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring creative consistency while knowing when and how to push boundaries for clients.
Confident in both client and internal settings, you’ll present creative work with impact, and collaborate closely with teams across the agency to align design with strategy and data-driven objectives, ensuring every piece of work has a tangible impact for clients.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Previous agency experience, confident working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- A portfolio full of brilliant design work for both digital and print but particulaly digital campaign work.
- Comfortable leading projects and supporting project teams.
- A great communicator and colaborator internally and with clients.
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools like Figma.
- Previous experience designing CRM campaigns and knowledge of the space.
- Knowledge of After Effects beneficial.
