We're working with a brilliant independent digital studio looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their East London team. This is not a traditional campaign-led SAM role. As Senior Account Manager, you'll sit in a hybrid client services and project management position, leading digital projects whilst building trusted client relationships. You'll work closely with founders, developers and creatives across websites, digital platforms and technical builds for clients across the arts, culture and wider creative sectors. Think thoughtful work, interesting organisations and projects that people genuinely care about.

This could be a great move for someone who enjoys the client side of agency life but also likes being close to delivery, digital builds and the detail of how projects come together.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of digital projects, becoming the person clients rely on to keep things moving.
  • Lead delivery across website builds, digital platforms and ongoing digital workstreams - managing timelines, budgets, priorities and expectations throughout.
  • Work closely with developers and technical teams, helping translate client needs into clear briefs and keeping projects on track from scoping through to launch and beyond.
  • Support project planning, resource coordination, QA processes, digital delivery and ongoing client communications, whilst partnering closely with the founders and wider studio team.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Experience as a Senior Account Manager, Digital Project Manager or similar role within a digital agency.
  • Strong digital background across websites, digital products, UX, platforms or technical delivery projects.
  • Comfortable working closely with developers and technical teams.
  • Experience managing website builds or digital delivery projects.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing timelines, budgets, scope and project delivery.
  • Confident balancing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration and being close to the work.

What you'll get in return for your experience

You'll be joining a smart, design-led digital studio with a genuinely interesting client base and a collaborative, grown-up culture. You'll gain direct exposure to the founders, real influence over projects and client relationships, and the opportunity to work on digital experiences that are thoughtful, creative and technically strong. The agency operates a hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week in their East London studio, alongside flexibility on remaining days. Salary is competitive depending on experience, with additional benefits available.
