An independent creative marketing agency with an excellent reputation for bold, effective work is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join its growing client services team in Bath. This Senior Account Executive role is ideal for someone who loves managing projects, building trusted client relationships, and being at the centre of campaign delivery.

As Senior Account Executive, you’ll work closely with strategy, creative, production, and commercial teams to deliver standout integrated marketing campaigns for a varied client portfolio. What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • You’ll act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring communication is clear, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • You’ll work closely with internal teams to shape project scopes, timings, budgets, and deliverables across a range of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • You’ll support campaign planning, coordinate resources, manage project documentation, and ensure work is delivered on time and within agreed budgets.
  • You’ll also help identify opportunities for account growth, support campaign performance reviews, and contribute strategic thinking that adds value to your clients.
  • This role will also involve supporting production projects, including content creation, campaign launches, and shoot management where required.
  • You’ll play an important role in keeping projects moving while maintaining excellent attention to detail throughout the process.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience in marketing agency-based client services, account management, or project management role.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing, advertising, or creative campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, timelines, and budget management.
  • Experience working with B2B clients would be highly valuable.
  • Confident managing client communication and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience working with internal creative, strategy, production, or media teams.
  • Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management or workflow tools such as Asana, Synergist, or similar would be useful.

The successful Senior Account Executive can expect a salary of £26,500–£30,000 depending on experience, alongside a strong benefits package.
