We’re working with a mission-led, digital marketing agency to find a Paid Media Consultant to join their multi-award-winning team. This is a hybrid role, with time spent both remotely and in their Brighton-based offices (1 day per week), working across a varied and exciting client portfolio including Ecommerce, Leisure, and charity brands. What you’ll be doing
This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on Paid Media expert to join a forward-thinking agency focused on balancing people, profit, and planet. As a Paid Media Consultant, you’ll manage a portfolio of 5–7 client accounts, running and optimising campaigns across both Paid Search and Paid Social, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation and work closely with clients to make sure campaign performance is in line with the client’s goals. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Media, with plenty of opportunity to collaborate with other channel specialists, creatives, analysts, and experts.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, and Paid Social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ideally in an agency environment.
- Strong campaign planning, budget management, and optimisation skills, with a proven track record of driving performance using data-led insights.
- Confidence in managing client comms, presenting reports, leading calls, and building long-term partnerships.
- Experience with performance forecasting, pacing plans, and reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio (Data Studio).
- Proficiency in audience insights, competitor analysis, and strategic planning across multiple platforms.
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Passion for continuous learning, mentoring others, and staying on top of industry trends.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link media performance to business outcomes and support new business initiatives.
