A design agency in Bristol is looking for a Creative Director to take ownership of branding and campaign projects for B2B tech clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll create, lead and deliver outstanding design work across complex programmes. You’ll shape pitches and business development, manage key client relationships, and drive creative standards at every stage.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the visual concept and execution across major design projects.
- Lead project teams and manage creatives, making key craft decisions to ensure everything meets the highest standard.
- Be hands-on with art direction and design to support your team where needed.
- Guide and develop the design team, setting expectations, running critiques and supporting professional growth.
- Manage freelancers and external partners to maintain delivery quality.
- Build strong relationships with senior clients, confidently presenting work and influencing decision-making.
