We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Data and Analytics Manager to lead the charge in turning marketing data into actionable insights. This is a senior role where you’ll work closely with leadership to shape campaigns and long-term strategy. If you love combining data and marketing analytics with storytelling, this could be the perfect next step.
What you’ll be doing
- As Senior Marketing Data and Analytics Manager, you’ll design and implement frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring campaigns align with KPIs, ROI, and business objectives.
- You’ll monitor performance, analyse trends, and provide clear recommendations that influence future strategies.
- You’ll lead competitor benchmarking and market intelligence projects, using advanced analytics techniques like marketing-mix modelling, econometrics, and A/B testing to quantify impact.
- You’ll use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and more daily, to give perspective to marketing data.
- You’ll work with Marketing, Digital Delivery, Product, Finance, and external partners to ensure insights drive decision-making.
- You’ll also present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that inform leadership and shape business growth.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Experience as a Marketing Analytics Manager or similar.
- Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
- Strong PowerBI/Tableau experience.
- Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and website technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Data driven background that’s been applied in a marketing environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements is a bonus.
