We’re looking for a Marketing Insight Analyst who loves turning numbers into narratives. This role is all about analysing CRM and customer data to spot patterns, measure performance, and influence marketing decisions. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business, helping them understand what the data really says and how to act on it.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll dive into CRM and marketing datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Your insights will shape campaigns, improve client engagement, and support strategic decisions.
- You’ll be involved in building dashboards, creating clear visualisations, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a way that makes sense to everyone (technical and non-technical!).
- You’ll also get involved in segmentation projects, lifecycle analysis, and test-and-learn initiatives aimed at improving personalisation for the customers.
- You’ll be asked to keep a close eye on data quality and ensure reporting is reliable as well as collaborate with marketing, digital, and tech teams to make sure insights lead to action.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
- Experience in a marketing driven, analytics/insight role.
- Experience using data to drive marketing decisions and provide insight.
- Background working on customer and marketing analysis projects.
- SQL and data visualisation experience.
- Exposure to CRM data.
- Familiarity with Python and Snowflake is a bonus.
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy in marketing analytics.
What you’ll get in return for your experience:
A salary of around £50k, plus a benefits package that includes a discretionary bonus, pension contributions, private medical cover, and flexible working options. You’ll join a collaborative team with two days a week in the office and the rest from home.
