We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join a digital agency specialising in luxury ecommerce and high-consideration products. You will have the opportunity to lead strategy on inspiring accounts, managing a focused portfolio of clients to drive real growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading paid media strategy and execution for luxury ecommerce brands, managing campaigns that go beyond standard Advantage+ approaches.
- Taking a full-funnel, 360-degree approach to complex consumer buying journeys across Meta, TikTok and other key platforms.
- Providing strategic input on creative briefs and evaluating creative asset effectiveness.
- Managing and mentoring junior team members whilst collaborating with senior strategists.
- Analysing performance data to optimise campaigns for high-consideration purchase decisions.
What you’ll need:
- Solid professional experience running Meta ads and TikTok ads, preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience working with ecommerce brands, ideally high-consideration products.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- A curious, inquisitive mindset with the ability to dig deeper into complex challenges.
- Small agency experience with the versatility to handle both smaller budgets and larger responsibilities.
