We’re partnering with a leading wayfinding & signage consultancy to find a highly experienced Project Director who can lead multiple complex, design‑led projects from concept through to full implementation. This senior role is suited to someone who combines deep technical knowledge with exceptional leadership, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is comfortable guiding high‑profile clients and multidisciplinary teams from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing...

  • You’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end delivery of landmark wayfinding and signage projects, overseeing everything from initial planning to installation.
  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, design coordination, production and installation.
  • Manage major client relationships, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
  • Lead internal multidisciplinary teams as well as external suppliers and fabrication partners.
  • Control budgets, schedules and quality standards, driving excellence across all stages.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, health & safety and brand standards throughout delivery.

What experience you’ll need to apply...

  • Extensive experience with wayfinding and signage project management (8+ years).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑profile projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication and installation within the built environment.
  • Confident stakeholder and client manager with the ability to influence and guide decision‑making.
  • A degree in Design, Project Management, Architecture, or a relevant equivalent.
