An established Bristol brand is recruiting a Digital Producer to focus on creating content distributed primarily via social media channels. This role is well suited to someone with experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Content Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Produce and publish content across social media channels (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube) and the company website.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support product launches, live events and campaigns with standout content.
- Monitor performance, optimise posts and use analytics to drive engagement and growth; keep websites and digital channels fresh and up to date.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, highlighting user-generated content, and helping build a fun, active online presence.
- Keep an eye on trends and new platforms to ensure content stays relevant and innovative.
- Blend hands-on content production with campaign management and performance analysis to support digital storytelling and audience engagement.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably for a media/creative organisation.
- Proficient in using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube.
- Strong social media copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone to match the house style.
- Confident content creator familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Premiere and Photoshop.
- Confident capturing audio-visual content suitable for publishing on digital and social channels.
- Good organisational, administrative and communication skills, with an excellent eye for detail.
- A good team player with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
