What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing within healthcare, medtech or design consultancy - agency or in‑house.
  • Experience marketing to pharma, medtech or consumer health businesses (not hospitals or HCPs).
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Experience working with global audiences and adapting to regional needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and design concepts into engaging content.

  • Regular team socials, including an end‑of‑year party.
  • Flexible hybrid working from a vibrant Bristol office with state‑of‑the‑art labs and design studios (ideally 2+ days in the office, but this is negotiable for the right person).
