Are you a Data Analyst (or similar) who has a few years of experience using Big Query and Looker? Are you looking to make your mark in a data-led role where your insights actually get used? This Reporting Analyst position is all about turning complex data into clear, actionable stories that help teams across editorial, marketing, events and commercial make smarter decisions. You’ll be joining a business that’s serious about data and ready to invest in better reporting, automation and governance.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be the go-to person for dashboards, performance reports and ad hoc analysis.
- From audience growth to campaign effectiveness, you’ll help teams understand what’s working and where to improve.
- You’ll build and maintain reporting pipelines using tools like Looker, and work closely with colleagues to define data models and integrations.
- Data quality will be part of your role too, validating and reconciling data across CRM, CMS, marketing and web analytics platforms.
- You’ll support the rollout of self-service analytics, help non-technical stakeholders to interpret data, and contribute to a culture where decisions are backed by insight.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
- 2-4+ years’ experience in a data analyst or reporting role, ideally with marketing or CRM analytics exposure.
- 2+ years of experience with Looker.
- Solid SQL skills and experience querying large datasets in BigQuery.
- Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4) and marketing analytics, including CRM data and campaign performance.
- Understanding of data governance, GDPR, and data quality best practices.
- Familiarity with ETL tools like FiveTran is a big bonus!
