  • Join a certified B Corp with a strong ethical and creative culture.
  • Enjoy hybrid working, generous benefits and a collaborative team.

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to join a creative team within a purpose-led marketing agency. You’ll design across print and digital formats for a B Corp that has been carbon neutral for 20 years. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of briefs, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver high‑quality creative work within a team that is truly committed to sustainability.

What you’ll be doing

As Middleweight Graphic Designer, you’ll work on a mix of client‑led projects and internal marketing initiatives. Working on campaigns for retail, charity, health, and education clients, you’ll design across a wide range of media including print, direct mail, branding, websites, email campaigns and social assets.

You’ll take projects from brief through to final delivery, working closely with the Client Services Team and Creative Lead. You’ll be responsible for concept development, client communication and feedback, and execution.

Working within a small but growing design team, you’ll work alongside developers and project managers to ensure work is on‑brand and meets the brief. You’ll manage your own workload, maintaining high attention to detail and creative consistency throughout.

You’ll also contribute to the agency’s brand and creative strategy, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Design experience in a creative or integrated agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a good understanding of Figma.
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Interest in AI tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT or Midjourney.
  • Strong layout, typography and brand application skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Positive, collaborative and strategic in your approach.

What you’ll get in return for your experience

This Graphic Designer role offers hybrid working from a Barnsley‑based office (2–3 days per week) and a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday, private healthcare, subsidised gym membership, and access to a profit share scheme after two years. You’ll be part of a values‑led team that’s committed to sustainability, creativity and doing good in the world.
