This Senior Account Manager role is a 12-month FTC where you’ll help deliver ideas that simplify science, shift perspectives and spark action. You’ll work with an integrated creative agency who partner with organisations across healthcare, pharma and medtech to translate complex challenges into clear, impactful communications.
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll guide creative thinking, support delivery and help bring brave concepts to life across channels. You’ll manage campaigns that blend digital, design, film, storytelling and strategy - whether that’s HCP engagement, patient education, disease awareness or bringing a medtech product narrative to life.
You’ll turn scientific and technical information into clear, inspiring briefs. You’ll help creative teams push ideas further while keeping projects organised, accurate and aligned with medical and regulatory needs. You’ll manage timelines, budgets and forecasts, work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, and support clients through key healthcare moments such as launches, data releases and congress activity. You’ll also support junior colleagues, nurture collaborative working and look for moments where creativity can elevate a client’s impact.
Your 12-month FTC as a Senior Account Manager will give you the chance to make a meaningful imprint on work that supports patients and clinicians every day.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
- Experience within a creative, integrated or marketing agency working on healthcare, pharma or medtech projects.
- Ability to guide multi-channel marketing campaigns such as digital assets, film, design, HCP content or patient communications.
- Confidence turning medical or technical information into clear and engaging briefs.
- Experience working with creative, strategy, digital and production teams.
- Comfortable managing timelines, budgets and multiple project streams.
- Calming, clear communicator who enjoys organised delivery and collaborative working.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Tools like HubSpot or Synergist are helpful but not essential.
- Occasional UK travel for quarterly meet-ups, with reasonable accommodations available.
