Overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (an 8-month FTC is also available for this role).
What you’ll be doing
- Produce reports, spot trends, and create insight that shapes how the customer service team operates.
- Maintain regular reporting, build visual dashboards, and carry out deeper analysis on topics such as customer churn and call volumes.
- Translate data into clear recommendations using Power BI and SQL to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Present findings to stakeholders across the business and contribute ideas that have real impact.
- You’ll work with a Bristol-based team in a collaborative environment and gain exposure to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for producing reports and insights for customer service decisions.
- Run and maintain regular reporting and dashboards.
- Analyse topics like customer churn, call volumes, and reasons for customer contact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate findings effectively.
What experience you’ll need
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar MI Analyst role.
- Experience using Power BI.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience working with customer data (e.g., churn analysis).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Confidence presenting to stakeholders.
What you’ll get in return
You’ll receive a salary of up to £35,000, with a collaborative, forward-thinking team. This role is based in Bristol (3 days per week) and offered on an FTC basis.
Two fixed-term contract openings exist in the team: an 8-month FTC and a 12-month FTC.
