This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of a commercially driven, account-based marketing function within a growing business which has 3 distinctive brands. This role sits at the centre of growth strategy. You'll create campaigns, own outreach, manage performance, and work closely with senior commercial stakeholders. You'll lead a talented marketing team while driving measurable pipeline impact across multiple specialist propositions.

What you’ll be doing

  • As Marketing Manager, you’ll design and own a tiered ABM programme spanning 1:1, 1 and 1 campaigns focused on named target accounts.
  • You’ll build messaging, shape account strategies, and run integrated campaigns across paid LinkedIn, outbound, events, content, webinars and personalised outreach.
  • You’ll work closely with Sales and senior stakeholders to align campaigns to commercial goals, improve account engagement, and create qualified opportunities.
  • You’ll also oversee content, creative and event delivery, ensuring activity supports pipeline generation and strong brand consistency.
  • Alongside campaign execution, you’ll lead reporting, attribution and CRM performance tracking.
  • You’ll provide clear commercial insight, maintain high quality marketing operations, and use data to guide decision making.
  • This Marketing Manager role also includes people leadership. You’ll manage a four-person team, support development plans, and help create a culture focused on outcomes, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience working in B2B marketing with clear exposure to Account Based Marketing.
  • Experience owning or contributing to 1:1 and/or 1 ABM campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience managing people, projects, campaigns or cross-functional workstreams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Creatio or similar.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, outbound activity, account targeting and multi-channel engagement.
  • Comfortable working alongside senior commercial stakeholders and sales teams.
  • Experience tracking performance metrics linked to pipeline, opportunities, engagement or revenue.
  • Exposure to content, events, outreach or campaign delivery in a B2B, consultancy, agency or professional services environment would be useful.

A salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus linked to commercial outcomes.
