We\’re looking for an eCommerce Content Coordinator to join a rapidly growing Manchester business at the heart of the UK retail industry. Working with iconic licensed brands and major household names, you\’ll play a crucial role in managing content across major eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Tesco and other key retailers. You\’ll coordinate the entire content journey from creative brief to live listing.

This isn\’t just about uploading content – you\’ll be managing complex multi-platform workflows, optimising Amazon A+ content, and ensuring their extensive product portfolio performs consistently across all channels. What you\’ll be doing

  • Coordinating product content uploads and optimisation across Amazon, Tesco and multiple eCommerce platforms
  • Managing Amazon A+ content creation and ensuring platform-specific requirements are met
  • Working closely with brand and design teams to adapt creative assets for different retailer specifications
  • Liaising with external retailers to manage content timelines and launch schedules effectively
  • Resizing images and adapting copy to meet various platform requirements and specifications
  • Managing large volumes of product SKUs with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creating and maintaining content coordination workflows using spreadsheets and management systems

What you\’ll need

  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces, ideally including Amazon A+ content
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple platform uploads simultaneously
  • Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail for managing extensive product catalogues
  • Experience working with content management systems and coordinating creative workflows effectively
  • Understanding of image adaptation and basic SEO principles for eCommerce content optimisation
