Are you a commercially minded Senior Analyst who enjoys getting stuck into complex problems and turning data into action? We're working with a large UK organisation that's investing heavily in its analytics capability and is looking for several Senior Analyst hires to join a growing Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence.
You'll work across a wide range of projects, helping stakeholders make better decisions through data. You'll build semantic models, create impactful Power BI dashboards and develop analytical solutions using Microsoft Fabric, SQL and Python. You'll also create diagnostic analysis, identify trends and drivers of performance, automate reporting processes and support ongoing transformation initiatives across the organisation.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Analyst to work closely with operational and commercial teams, owning projects from initial problem definition through to insight delivery. Rather than sitting in a reporting function, you'll act as a true consultant to the business, helping stakeholders understand challenges, identify opportunities and create practical solutions.
- Strong Power BI experience, including DAX and data modelling
- Experience working with SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Experience using Microsoft Fabric
- Experience building end-to-end analytics solutions rather than reporting alone
- Python experience would be highly beneficial
A salary of up to between £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
