A creative studio known for delivering large-scale brand experiences is looking for a Junior Creative Producer to join its growing team. This is an opportunity for a Junior Creative Producer with agency experience to get involved in a diverse mix of projects spanning luxury retail, events and immersive environments. You'll work closely with experienced producers and project teams, helping turn creative concepts into finished experiences while building valuable production expertise along the way.

What you'll be doing...

As a Junior Creative Producer, you'll support projects throughout the delivery process, helping coordinate schedules, suppliers and production activity to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll work across multiple projects at different stages, collaborating with creatives, designers, technical teams and external partners. You'll research creative ideas, source information, obtain supplier quotes and help maintain project documentation. You'll also have opportunities to attend site visits, support installations and gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of brand-led projects.

What experience you'll need to apply:

  • Experience working within a brand experience, experiential or creative agency environment.
  • Understanding of project delivery from concept through to completion.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Experience working with project management tools, schedules and budgets.
  • Interest in brand experiences, design, luxury retail, music, arts and culture.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to contribute across all stages of a project.
