What you'll be doing
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management and delivery of client campaigns across both consumer and B2B accounts.
You'll build strong client relationships, lead campaign delivery, develop PR strategies and ensure projects are delivered on time and to an exceptionally high standard.
You'll create engaging content, develop media materials, build relationships with journalists and influencers, and secure meaningful coverage that delivers against client objectives.
Social media will form an important part of the role.
You'll oversee the planning, creation and evaluation of content across a range of social platforms, working closely with clients to support their wider communications strategies.
You'll monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and bring fresh, creative ideas that drive engagement and results.
Alongside client work, you'll contribute ideas for agency growth, identify new opportunities and play an active role in raising the agency's profile within its business and community networks.
You'll also support and mentor more junior team members, helping them continue to develop their skills.
