You’ll also test new optimisation approaches, run CRO experiments, evaluate results and help shape the future of how this agency approaches AI-driven search. As SEO/AEO Manager, your work will directly influence how clients are found, trusted and referenced online.

- Strong understanding of technical SEO, site structure, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals and on-page optimisation.
- Experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into clear commercial recommendations.
- Experience presenting strategy, results and recommendations to stakeholders or clients.
- Understanding of CRO principles and testing methodologies would be highly valuable.
- Interest in generative AI, large language models and emerging search behaviour.
