This is a great opportunity for someone with BI and analytics experience who enjoys turning data into clear, actionable insight and wants to continue developing their career in a supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be designing and building dashboards that help stakeholders make better decisions from data.
  • Working closely with the wider Data and Insight team, you’ll gather requirements, understand business challenges and translate data into clear visual reporting and analytics.
  • The role is heavily stakeholder‑facing, so communication skills are just as important as technical capability.
  • You’ll be working with a collaborative and supportive team who are keen to help someone progress and develop.
  • You’ll get exposure to working with modern tools (such as Databricks) as the business continues to evolve its data platform and modernise its environment.
  • The team work closely with stakeholders across the business, particularly within people and customer‑focused functions, helping teams better understand survey data, business performance and trends through insightful, user‑friendly dashboards.

This role would suit someone who is analytically minded, curious and keen to grow. Tableau experience would be ideal, though we’re open to candidates who’ve worked with other modern BI visualisation tools.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

  • Experience in a BI Developer, Tableau Developer or analytics‑focused role.
  • A couple of years’ experience working with dashboards and reporting (working with Tableau).
  • SQL experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders and understanding business needs.
  • An interest in data visualisation, insight delivery and user‑focused dashboards, and experience communicating insight to stakeholders.

This role is hybrid, with 2‑3 days per week in the Bristol office.
