This role sits at the heart of a specialist consultancy operating across data, technology and customer engagement. You’ll create trusted relationships with clients and own the delivery of high-impact projects. You’ll manage day-to-day activity, coordinate teams, and ensure work lands on time and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and delivery leads, helping clients turn strategy into action.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
  • Lead day-to-day communication and keep projects moving.
  • Translate client needs into clear briefs and delivery plans.
  • Oversee delivery, tracking scope, timelines and budgets.
  • Work with technical and specialist teams to coordinate activity and manage dependencies.
  • Identify risks early and work through solutions.
  • Support commercial activity, including forecasting, invoicing, and spotting opportunities to extend existing work where there is clear value alignment.
  • Provide clear reporting and structured updates.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience in account management, client services or project delivery roles.
