This role is an opportunity to manage and deliver engaging employee communication campaigns for a range of global organisations. You’ll work within a specialist communications and marketing team, helping clients bring complex messages to life. As an Account Manager, you’ll own projects from start to finish, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
You’ll manage the full lifecycle of internal communications projects. You’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams to produce content that communicates complex topics in a simple and engaging way. You’ll manage timelines, budgets and reporting, ensuring projects run smoothly. You’ll also build strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience. Alongside delivery, you’ll support pitches and proposals, contributing to the growth of client accounts.
- Experience in an Account Manager or similar role within a communications, marketing or agency environment.
- Ideally a background in internal communications, corporate communications or integrated or creative marketing.
- Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging briefs or content.
