A Growing Creative Events Agency with a great variety of clients and projects. We’re working with a close-knit, entrepreneurial events agency delivering standout projects across a diverse client base. With a team of nine, everyone is hands-on. You’ll own projects end-to-end, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in growing the experiential arm of the business. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact, senior role where you’ll have real ownership, autonomy, and the chance to help shape the agency’s next phase of growth.
What you’ll be doing...
- Own end-to-end delivery of events and experiential projects from concept to execution
- Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
- Lead on budgets, timelines, and supplier management
- Deliver creative, engaging experiences aligned to client objectives
- Play a key role in growing the experiential offering and contributing to new business.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
Must-have experience:- Proven track record delivering events or experiential projects in an agency environment
- Strong experience managing clients, budgets and end-to-end delivery
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to get stuck in
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience helping to grow or shape an experiential offering
- Involvement in new business pitches or business development
